Chia Fresca

This super healthy drink has been all the rage in Central America for years now. Today, it is making waves across the rest of the world because of its ability to provide a natural energy boost. Adios, harmful energy drinks! To make this tasty beverage, soak half a tablespoon of chia seeds in a glass of water at room temperature for ten minutes. Before downing the drink, add a squeeze of lemon juice for some extra flavour.
