Shipping details are dispatched when your order is shipped. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact us. Sometimes tracking information won't be available; some delivery methods, such as Standard International are not always trackable.
Returns for refund are processed within 10 business days of receipt of your return. Returns for exchange are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
"Processing" means your order is undergoing preparation for shipment. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time.
