Amalia and Manuela, the founding sisters of Maaji, grew up in Medellin, Colombia, where their love for fashion and the influence of their entrepreneurial parents fueled their dream of creating a swimwear and lifestyle brand. Now, after 20 years, their dream has become a reality, with Maaji products being sold worldwide. The sisters extend their heartfelt thanks to the 350+ employees who bring the Maaji vision to life and are affectionately known as the Maajic Makers. Their commitment to sustainability led Maaji to pursue B Corp certification, ensuring responsible sourcing of materials and fair treatment of all Maajic Makers with dignity and respect.
