Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you may be able to do so directly through your Order Status Page, provided your order has not yet entered processing or shipment and is still within the cancellation window.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Open the order you wish to cancel.
  3. Select Request Cancellation (if available).
  4. We will review the request and notify you of the outcome.

Important Information

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within the cancellation window displayed during checkout and on your order details.
  • Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order.
  • Orders that have already been processed, packed, shipped, or otherwise cannot be stopped may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • If your cancellation request cannot be approved, you may still be eligible to return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy.
