Return & Exchange Policy

Swimwear World wants you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Simply send it back to us within 10 days of delivery date for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Returns received postmarked after 10 days of the delivery date, but within 14 days of delivery date will receive Store Credit or Exchange only.

No additional shipping charges will be incurred for shipment of Exchange items from Swimwear World to client. A one-time exchange policy per swimsuit applies.

Please note that orders returned for refund shipped under the Free Standard Shipping promotion are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Exceptions

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Items received in such condition will be returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims.

In addition to the above guidelines, all swimwear garments being returned must be in their original condition with all tags and sanitary protection labels in place.

We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on the swimwear until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

Swimwear World holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.

Sales and Clearance Items

Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale only. Items marked as Final Sale on product page are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Goods

At Swimwear World, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, all our products undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.

US Orders

Returns from the U.S. must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) - standard shipping. Returns from the U.S. shipped through companies other than USPS - e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. - will be refused.

All returned items should be declared as a “Return of Canadian Merchandise” on the customs declaration; returned items that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.

International Orders

We accept a one-time exchange on international orders. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the client.

Return & Exchange Procedure

To process a return or make an exchange, please follow the procedure listed below:

• Contact us to notify us of a Return/Exchange and request an RMA number
• Fill out the "Return & Exchange" form included in your shipment
• Enclose the form, along with your original receipt and purchased items in the box you received the order in
• Affix the return label (included in your original shipment) to the outside of the package.
• Ship your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, in order to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Shipping charges for returns to Swimwear World are the responsibility of the client. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Return packages must be post-marked no later than 10 days from delivery date.

Swimwear World will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.

Credits or refunds are generally issued within 15 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

Store Credit

If your initial purchase is subject to a Store Credit, the full amount (minus shipping fees) will be made available for your next purchase. If your future purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining store credit will be available for another future purchase. If your future purchase is more than the store credit, then credit card payment will be requested during order processing for the outstanding balance. Store Credit purchases are subject to shipping fees, and are not eligible for Free Shipping promotions.

Shipping & Handling

General Information

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total dollar amount of the order before any deductions. On backordered items, the total shipping and handling fees will be charged on the first shipment. The remaining backordered items will be shipped via Standard Delivery at no charge.

All orders are subject to verification and quality controls prior to shipment.

Orders will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Swimwear World is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

Shipping within Canada

Shipping in Canada is via Canada Post. The following rates apply.

Shipping to USA

Swimwear World ships to all states within the U.S. For orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, a $14.95 surcharge will be applied.

Taxes

For residents of Canada, taxes will be collected as indicated in the table below. Residents of the province of Quebec will be charged both federal and provincial taxes.

International Duty and Tax

Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. Swimwear World is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to Swimwear World by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice.

Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.

Wrong Address, Non-Received Items and Returns

If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the client will be charged the actual shipping charges incurred by Swimwear World (not as per above table). The price of the item, minus shipping charges, will be credited once we receive the item from the shipping company. One of our representatives will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
