Shipping & Handling

General Information

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total dollar amount of the order before any deductions. On backordered items, the total shipping and handling fees will be charged on the first shipment. The remaining backordered items will be shipped via Standard Delivery at no charge.

All orders are subject to verification and quality controls prior to shipment.

Orders will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Swimwear World is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country. Customers who contact us within 20 business days from shipment date claiming that their items were never delivered are eligible for a replacement item or store credit only. Please note you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

International Duty and Tax

Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. Swimwear World is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to Swimwear World by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice.

Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.

Wrong Address, Non-Received Items and Returns

If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the client will be charged the actual shipping charges incurred by Swimwear World (not as per above table). The price of the item, minus shipping charges, will be credited once we receive the item from the shipping company. One of our representatives will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
