Returns & Exchanges
Swimwear World wants you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items because they’re not quite right for you. For those times, here’s what you can do. For a Return for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit, please send the item(s) back to us within 15 days of delivery date.
We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Items received in such condition will be returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims.
In addition to the above guidelines, all swimwear garments being returned must be in their original condition with all tags and sanitary protection labels in place.
We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on the swimwear until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.
Individual return policies may apply on certain products, these will be outlined on product pages.
Swimwear World holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
Sales and Clearance Items
Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale only. Items marked as Final Sale on product page are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Goods
At Swimwear World, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, all our products undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.
Returns from Canada must be shipped via Canada Post. Returns from Canada shipped through commercial carriers other than Canada Post - e.g. FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc. - will be refused.
All returned items should be declared as a "Return of US Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be rejected and returned to the sender by the carrier
Please note for all international returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are the responsibility of the client.
Return & Exchange Procedure
To process a return or make an exchange, please follow the procedure listed below:
- Contact us to notify us of a Return/Exchange and request an RMA number, include the following details:
- What sort of return you would like to make (Refund, Exchange, Store Credit)
- Detail styles being returned/exchanged; if exchange, size/style desired
- Reason for return
- Fill out the "Returns form" that you will be provided in our response to your RMA number request
- Enclose the Returns form, along with the original packing slip, and the item(s) you wish to return in the package you received the order in
- Affix the address label sent to you in the RMA email to the outside of the package
- Ship your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, in order to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
Please note that Shipping charges for returns to Swimwear World are the responsibility of the client. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Return for Refund packages must be post-marked no later than 15 days from delivery date. Swimwear World will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
What to Expect after we receive your Return
We will notify you via email once your return has been received, and is found to be eligible for return.
Returns for Refund
Returns sent within 15 days of delivery date are eligible for refund. Returns for Refund are processed within 10 days of receipt of returned item(s) and refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. Orders returned for refund shipped under the Free Standard Shipping promotion are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
Returns received postmarked after 15 days of the delivery date, but within 30 days of delivery date will receive Store Credit or Exchange only.
No additional shipping charges will be incurred for shipment of Exchange items from Swimwear World to client. A one-time exchange policy per swimsuit applies.
Returns for Exchange
Returns for Exchange are normally processed within 2 business days of item(s) receipt at our Returns Processing Centre. Size exchange requests within the same style will be shipped free of charge for orders within continental United States. If the exchange is for a different item or style, please note a small shipping fee of $5-10 will be applicable (within the US).
Exchange items are dispatched via Ground shipping (4-5 days). Please note on Returns Form if Express shipping is desired, additional fees will apply. International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
If a requested exchange is unavailable or backordered, one of our representatives will contact you to provide you with options.
If your initial purchase is subject to a Store Credit, the full amount (minus shipping fees) will be made available for your next purchase. If your future purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining store credit will be available for another future purchase. If your future purchase is more than the store credit, then credit card payment will be requested during order processing for the outstanding balance. Store Credit purchases are subject to shipping fees, and are not eligible for Free Shipping promotions.
