How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, click on the Order Status link at the bottom of every page. Please note that you must be a registered customer and signed in to your account.
How can I find out where my package is?

When checking on the status of my order I received a "Processing" message. What does that mean?
"Processing" means your order is undergoing processing for shipment. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time, however, you can always call to make a return or exchange once your order has arrived.
My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact us
so we may assist you.
How is sales tax determined?
The sales tax rate and imposition is determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped. Please see Taxes

I am shipping my order outside of the Canada. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
Products shipped outside Canadian borders may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes. These additional duties and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the client. Please note that by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents - no exceptions are made.
How can I find out when my backordered items will be shipped?

What methods do you offer for placing orders?
We currently only accept orders online. At this time we do not accept orders via phone, fax or through the mail.
How do I use my Store Credit?
To use your Store Credit to make a purchase, shop as you would normally, proceed through the checkout process. At the Payment Options screen, select "Store Credit" as payment option, and proceed to complete checkout. Should your order exceed available Store Credit, one of our agents will contact you for additional funding options.
Where is your telephone number? I can't find a telephone number to call.
As an online retailer, we want our customers to have a fantastic experience when buying goods and we try to give the information upfront that will help most customers answer any questions that might arise.
We believe that if a customer has a problem the most important thing is to resolve it quickly and if possible, at the first time of trying.

for more information. Please note that each brand utilizes and provides their own size chart. We recommend you use the Size Charts link on the product page of the item you're inquiring about to best gauge which size would best suit you.
How do I send a gift to someone?
During the checkout process you will be given the option to send your purchase to an address different from your billing address. You will also be given the option to place a Gift Message with the order during the checkout process.
Will my information be distributed to outside parties?

How does the shipping process work?
All orders are subject to credit verification prior to shipment. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) will not be processed until the following business day.

How do I make a return or exchange?
A Returns form is included with every shipped package. Please check your box. If you are unable to locate your Returns Form, please contact us
For your safety and assurance, we strongly recommend you send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Swimwear World is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
How long does it take to process a return/refund?
Refund processing can take up to 15 business days. An email is dispatched when your return has been processed.
