Anyway. These treatments are super easy to make and are a great excuse to carve out some me-time or turn your home into a spa with your girlfriends!Here are our favorites:

Oily Skin

Is a shiny T-zone your biggest problem? Never fear, we have just the homemade facial fix for you. Bananas are the best thing to combat oily skin and chances are that you will have a bunch of them lying around the house. Mash up a ripe banana and mix in two tablespoons of honey. Add a few drops of lemon or orange juice and voila, you۪re all done. Apply an even layer of the concoction to your face and leave it to dry. After fifteen minutes, wash it off with warm water and moisturize as normal. Say hello to firmer skin! For even better results, freeze the bananas before you mash them.

Acne-Prone Skin

There are a hundreds of products available to combat breakouts, acne and pimples, but past experience has proven that most of these really don۪t work. Try out this strawberry face mask instead not only is it extremely effective; it is also super tasty! Strawberries are rich in salicylic acid, which is one of the key soldiers in the battle against acne. All you need is a quarter cup of fresh (not frozen!) strawberries and a quarter cup of non-flavored yogurt. Throw them into a blender until you have a paste. Apply this mixture to your face, taking care to cover the spots where you are most prone to blemishes and let it dry for ten minutes. Rinse your face as normal. Indulge in this ritual at least twice a week and you will begin to notice the changes in no time! You۪re welcome, ladies. Dry Skin

Start with by steaming the carrot until it is tender. Mash the carrot with a fork and then throw it into a blender along with half a ripe avocado. Blend the two until the mixture is of pulpy consistency. Add a tablespoon of honey, one teaspoon of lemon juice and an egg yolk, and mix by hand. Wash your face with water and pat dry before you apply this facemask. Let it dry for fifteen minutes and then wash it off with warm water. Pat your face dry and moisturize as normal. If you are planning to spend the day indoors, apply a thick layer of Vaseline to the extra dry patches. It works wonders!

Sensitive Skin

Whether you skin is naturally sensitive or you spent a little too much time under the sun, this mask is magic for sensitive skin. Mix a cup of cold natural yogurt with half a cup of oatmeal. You can substitute the yogurt with egg whites as well. Apply the mask, let it dry as usual and wash it off with cold water (warm water will irritate your skin further).
