Bombshells, it is that time of year again – Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. This year, the iconic event celebrates a decade of existence and the celebrations in Miami are pretty wild! In the midst of all the dazzling collections, beautiful models and celebrity spotting, we are keeping an eye out for the hottest designer swimwear trends for 2015. Narrowing down our top picks is always challenging, but these four brands blew our minds last year and we can’t wait to see what they have in store for luxury swimwear 2015!
Every year, we wait with baited breath for Maaji’s latest collection – the brand never ceases to amaze us! They made their debut at the Mercedez Benz Fashion Week last year with a brilliant pirate themed show which paid homage to their vivacious Colombian culture – bright tropical prints and flirty styles, galore. We can’t wait to see which reversible-fabric creations make the cut for the Maaji 2015 swimwear collection!
Agua Bendita Swimwear
The designer duo behind this inspirational brand hails from Colombia, and every collection incorporates subtleties which reflect the vibrancy of their hometown. Their previous designer swimwear offering was an absolute riot, with flirty looks for the damsel in distress and some edgy leather ensembles for the good-girl-gone-bad. We absolutely loved the combination of the military-inspired theme with a laidback bohemian vibe, and we are très excited to see what Agua Bendita swimwear 2015 has in store for us!
Nothing screams luxury like this innovative swimwear brand by Monica Wise! L*Space is one of those brands which decides the designer swimwear trends each year and is always a step ahead of the rest. Last year’s collection combined regal jewel tones with a soft pastel palette, and popular street style trends like Aztec prints, snakeskin and geometric shapes, into a fabulous mesh of texture, colour and fit! We have no doubt that L*Space 2015 swimwear is going to be even better.
This innovative swimwear brand is born in Cuba and bred in Miami. Their previous collection was a display of their rich Latin influence with a subtle contemporary feel, featuring electric colours, sunny prints and sexy silhouettes. However, our favourite thing about their last offering was that it was pure fun – a live musical performance and some flirty dance numbers got the crowd into a joyful mood for a collection that was nothing short of brilliant. We are super excited to see what Luli Fama 2015 swimwear brings to the table!
